My car buying experience with Suntrup was surprising to say the least! I am a contractor in Macon, Georgia. I wanted a new van to take to different jobs with specific tools in it, a top notch van. I shopped online and found the van at Suntrup. My son and I made an adventure out of getting to St. Louis to buy the van. We went by bus! The folks there could not have been nicer!!! They had my van ready (I mean washed, detailed and ready to go!) They offered to take us to a Cardinal game, but we had to get back home. They made us feel so comfortable, and welcome! My wife and I had been considering a new vehicle and went online to research what the various dealerships around town were offering. First of all, your website was one of the only ones that was even up to date. I contacted your sales department through your website and spoke with one of the Internet Sales Consultants. The Sales Consultant emailed me the information about the car and explained all the rebates that were applicable. We made a deal over the phone and within an hour, we were making plans to cme to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Once we arrived, our new car was parked out front and was shined and polished and ready for our inspection. It was everything our Internet Consultant had mentioned and more. The minute we walked into the showroom, I was surprised at the many employees that were in the building and that not one was just standing around waiting for a prospective customer to walk in for the, to pounce on.
