I was ready to purchase a 2027 Telluride with a loan preapproval back in May. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order. They did not seem to want to order it for me. I found another dealer that had the exact one I wanted. I contacted Rod about a dealer transfer and it took days for him to respond. By the time he responded, I went to the other dealer and purchased direct from them.

I was ready to purchase a 2027 Telluride with a loan preapproval back in May. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order. They did not seem to want to order it for me. I was ready to purchase a 2027 Telluride with a loan preapproval back in May. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order. They did not seem to want to order it for me. I was ready to purchase a 2027 Telluride with a loan preapproval back in May. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order. They did not seem to want to order it for me. I found another dealer that had the exact one I wanted. I contacted Rod about a dealer transfer and it took days for him to respond. By the time he responded, I went to the other dealer and purchased direct from them.

Wow Dave in Service and Brian in workshop was so great! Visting from (Orlando) had an issue with the vehicle struggling to start. The lovely lady on the phone got Dave to give us a call back, Dave says bring it in we’ll have a look. I think I know what the issue may be.
