The service department is great! I had to get my car towed there on a Saturday when the service department was closed. The sales team was still there and one of the managers, Linzie, was able to help me with a service loaner that day. Jeff from the service department messaged me first thing Monday morning. They showed me what was wrong with my M3, had the part in the next day, and my car back to me by Wednesday. They always do great work and went above and beyond for me this time!

After explaining to my service advisor Scott Kostecki I had a personal appointment I had to be at in two hours he was able to add another technician to my scheduled service so I I could make that appointment and not have to split my services into two trips SCOTT KOSTECKI went above and beyond my expectations!

The service department is great! I had to get my car towed there on a Saturday when the service department was closed. The sales team was still there and one of the managers, Linzie, was able to help me with a service loaner that day. Jeff from the service department messaged me first thing Monday morning. They showed me what was wrong with my M3, had the part in the next day, and my car back to me by Wednesday. They always do great work and went above and beyond for me this time!

I made it clear from the beginning that part of the deal was a third key to the vehicle as part of the transaction. I believe my assertion was understood, however after going through all the paper signing with the finance manager and returned to the salesman, I was informed that there would be a charge for the key. History of the Suntrup Automotive Group

The Suntrup family has been servicing and selling cars since 1957 for the St Louis area. Bill Suntrup started the first dealership in the 1960s and a decade later his brother, Don Suntrup, began working in the automotive business. From there, the family involvement in the industry blossomed.

According to Craig Suntrup, “All the Suntrup’s started early in the business, beginning at about age 12, and working at ‘grunt jobs’ at the dealerships–washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting the walls.”

Among the grown children of both Bill and Don, there are more than 20 additional family members employed in the Suntrup Automotive Group. Butch and Craig, Don Suntrup’s children, are partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia, and Suntrup Hyundai in South County.
